This is going to be a personal post. There will be some swearing and some things that you don’t wanna hear, however this is 100% REAL.

Recently, I’ve hit a stride in business, and I’ve been able to increase my business by 10x. I’ve been introduced to a lot of different things in the past 2 month’s. I’ve come across many different people in the past 2 months, more because I’ve been outsourcing, expanding, and trying new things.

Here’s what I’ve learned, do not let people take longer than they should on projects. Set dates. Dock pay if these dates aren’t met. When you are working with someone, put 25% down and then pay the rest when the work is COMPLETELY finished. I’ve run into people who think it’s OK to take their time, don’t respect due dates, and frankly just don’t give a fuck about their clients. Make sure you fire these people as soon as you can. Do not let people walk all over you, they will take everything they can.

In school they teach you everything is nice, people are friendly, and if you are kind to people then you will get what you want. In business this is not true. You will have people that will try to take your lunch and more. People are ruthless, they care about themselves. If you have a mentality where being kind after boundaries have been overstepped, you will get run over. I promise you that.

Don’t let people dictate to you when things are going to be done, when you’re the one paying them money. Fire their ass and get someone else that wants to work. Do not be a pushover in business, the sharks will smell it and eat you alive.

I hope this sparked a little fire in you if some people have been pushing you around. You run the show, make sure you show it.

I wanna go over one of the top reasons why I’m having a record year so far with earnings through the roof. The keyword here is Focus. It is possibly one of the most important things you can do stay successful in business, life and anything else you want to accomplish. My interpretation of Focus is the core things that either bring you the most happiness or are the most important for you financially.

You are going to have so many distractions around you, relationships, business opportunities, people wasting your time..etc. The main thing here is if it’s not helping you reach your end goal, whatever that maybe, simply don’t put too much into it. You can check it over, throw a few minutes at it a day and be done with it. The focus should be on your core goals that are ultimately going to better your life, and help you financially. Stray away from your core and you will have a tough time staying happy, making money, and achieving goals. Simply don’t care about things that aren’t at your core. You won’t worry about them and you will be happier.

Last year was a tough year for me because of major distractions, including failed relationships, failed projects, and simply trying to get too much done at one time. This year I’m focusing on my core, which is Facebook Ads, Fan Pages, and Facebook Training and that funnel. They are all similar and will help me reach whatever goals I set. Too many people never get good at one thing and move onto the next. I’ve spent thousands of hours perfecting my craft, are you willing to do the same?

Don’t jump around, find something you enjoy, find people who have been successful with it, and either duplicate or discover how to it your own way. You’ll be a much happier person.

Don’t stray away from your core focus this year and you will have a record year.

What’s going on everyone? I’ve been hard at work on this Webinar and Implementing Infusion Soft, they’re tough.

Anyways, I wanted to get into something that I think could help a lot of people. Rob Toth a former mentor of mine brought this up with me while I first started working with him and it’s stuck with me for sometime. It’s all about Branding yourself and not being the everything guy. If you’re on my list or know me at all, you will know that I am the Facebook guy. I run all my ads on Facebook, I make all my money from Facebook, and Facebook is what I’m all about. Let’s go deeper into that though, if you think about my flagship product the FB Vault, it resonates with you and you automatically know it’s mine. My newest Webinar I just released is the Facebook Vault Webinar Mastermind. Future products that I launch will have the FB Vault brand embedded in them.

The point is to stop thinking about one off launches and coming out with random products that have nothing to do with each other. If you’re the list building guy, then stick with that. If you’re the SEO guy, stick with that. I love the way Chris Munch incorporates “Pigeon” into all of his product names. Even if I didn’t look at the product creator and saw a product with Pigeon in it’s name, I’d know it’s Chris’s, which means it’s quality.

Next time you’re thinking about launching a product, think about how you can launch under one brand and make yourself a household name. It should do wonders for your business.

I hope you have been dominating 2013 like I have. I’ve learned a bunch and have made great strides in marketing, my personal life, and whatever else I’ve put my mind too. I got off to a real nice start with receiving WSO of the Day for my newest Warrior Forum Special Offer and picked up a bunch of new customers and membership subscriptions. Now what I wanted to get to with this post is this, when you have something good going and everything you’re doing is clicking, keep the Momentum going! Don’t stop! Work Harder.

When you’re confidence is up, it’s a lot easier to get a project done now that might have taken you a couple months to finish. I’ve been trying to get started on a Automated Webinar for awhile and started it on Monday (finally) and just finished the presentation. The #1 reason I got this done, is because of the confidence I’ve picked up with most of my projects being successful.

So what I want you to leave with today, once you get some momentum in your business, keep it going. Put in 14 hour days, get that launch out, that new software..etc

Whatever it is you need to get on done, get the momentum going and everything becomes a lot easier.

If you enjoyed this post, please like and share!

Talk soon,

Well it’s about to be 2013 and everyone’s making their resolutions on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram..etc..

Everyone wants to hit the gym, make more money, treat others better..

My question to everyone is, why does everyone wait till the New Year to start thinking about all these things? Why can’t you just get them done RIGHT NOW?

Hit the gym everyday, work on making more money, buy someone behind you a drink..

By February you’ll be back to your old ways and be thinking the exact same way you were on the December 30th. Makes no sense to me..

Make the changes to your life that you need right now. I work harder at making money online now then I did when I actually didn’t really make any money. I keep improving.

You have to have a change in your mindset to really get things done and achieve what you want. If you don’t you will be forever AVERAGE.

If you work on yourself everyday you won’t have to make New Year’s Resolutions. You will constantly improve your state of mine, wealth, and body. Don’t wait to make a change..

Do it RIGHT NOW.

If you enjoyed this post, please share it. I appreciate it.

It’s always refreshing to see new strategies to make money online. However, the majority of the time I’m pretty disappointed with the results.

When I was recommended to buy Google Sniper 2.0, I thought it would be another system that just left me disappointed, but the proof and success stories tipped me to buy it. A quick Google search for testimonials and by watching the sales video it was clear that this system has worked wonders for other people, and it’s actually generated the most online success stories than any other system/course to date. It was a no brainer to give it a shot personally.

At the time in my Internet marketing journey, I was pretty lost as to what road to head down. Google Sniper 2.0 really outlays the basics, from picking a niche, choosing keywords, buying a domain to setting up a wordpress website which will generate passive income online. It’s an extensive guide, but it’s easy to pick up (the walkthrough videos by George help also).

I studied the strategy pretty extensively to start with, and created my first “Sniper” site the next day. I was pretty excited due to the success stories, but still had that common doubt that it would be another blowout. I made my first bit of commission two weeks later after setting up the site completely. It wasn’t a huge amount but it was something, and that was the trigger to skim through the course once more to see if I could improve my site in anyway. The site in question started to generate me a tidy amount of commission, and still generates on average $375 a month (on autopilot).

As I’ve been recommended many times before, “if something works duplicate it…” And that’s what I did. I now have about 10 sniper sites, all generating commission each month. Each site differs in the amount of money I’m making, but I can’t squabble as I’m on the hunt for more…

The best thing about this course is alongside earning a nice income each month from this system on autopilot with no traffic generation, it’s also an extensive guide into niche research, finding products to promote and how to set up your own website. Yes, it may need to be read through a few times, but believe me… It’s worth it.

This concept can probably be attached to most people’s biggest problems..

Staying in bad relationships. Not making enough of money. Among tons of other things.

If this sounds like you, it’s because you’ve gotten too comfortable with your current situation. Maybe you have a nice little business going that makes $50,000 a year, while that’s great and all, what’s the main reason you can’t get to six figures or seven figures in the next year? Ambition is one thing, but fear of loss is another thing. Your afraid of losing what you already have, so you just coast along and don’t take any big risks. Well I’m here to tell you, if you wanna have the big paydays, the six figure or seven figure business, you need to take these risks. With good risk management, you can make your risk much smaller and ultimately make it a success very quickly.

This is just a short blog post that I wanted to share with you and to get you to think..

There’s a few people I admire a lot in the internet marketing space, and Vito Glazers is in the top three. I recently had the chance to interview Vito on some real eye opening questions. These insights are from a Self Made Multimillionaire that has created a life that many dream of. You can learn a lot here, so make sure you pay attention to the General.

1. If You had to start all over again at Step 1, what would you focus on for your first year in Business and Marketing?

First thing I would do is make a list of goals as well as all the things I can do myself that would bring value to others in the space. Whatever service that is; making websites, writing ad copy; we all have a unique talent. Mine are securing budgets, managing complex cash flows and managing joint venture projects. You see it doesn’t always have to be “technical.” If you don’t have any unique talent whatsoever, you should probably not be working in advertising and look into something like package handling at UPS or the USPS. I don’t mean any disrespect to package handlers, it just doesn’t take much creativity to do that, and advertising online is going to take some type of creativity, skill etc if you are going to be successful.

After figuring out what I’m good at (or even just OK at but capable of doing, usually the less glamorous the better because even if others can do it, they would probably rather pay you to do it), I would then start networking and trying to find the right people who have information, experience or some other kind of value I need to get closer to the goals I listed.

Before asking them for any kind of advice, free help, service or anything in return, I would offer them any help I could possibly give. After finding someone who I can deliver value to, I would build on that relationship simultaneously while building other relationships and eventually those people you serve will go on to be the people the help you reach your goals.

2. Your one quality that propels you over most entrepreneurs.

I am fearless, but not reckless. There is a difference between doing whatever you want without planning and just being sloppy because you don’t know or don’t care, and creating a master plan that regardless of what obstacles come up or what haters may try to say, you fearlessly continue moving forward knowing what you are destined to achieve.

3. Why did you start CPA Tank?

I started CPATank back in 2009 because I wanted to go more mainstream. Previously the networks I served at typically only had very niche dating offers. I wanted to expand and conquer more verticals, and be able to serve more affiliates in new unique ways and the past 3 years have been an amazing journey.

4. If you were president of the United States, how would you change the economy?

First thing I would do is give performance based tax breaks to Entrepreneurs. The more jobs you create, the lower your taxes would be. This would spur innovation to new levels. I would also deregulate as many industries whose job creation is being inhibited by regulation, as much as possible without affecting the safety, livelihood or well being of any citizen which would bring us back to truer freemarkets. I would fight for fair international trade and not let China and countries that previous leaders have promoted outsourcing in to dilute the value of the American worker in unfair wage competitions and currency manipulations. Most importantly, I would work with educational leaders to create educational reform and restructure our entire education system to produce leaders instead of followers. Our current system only creates followers, and followers need jobs. Our national system is capable of creating a nation of leaders and executives that can lead the followers of the rest of the world to prosperity.

5. What is the reason you think so many people fail online?

The exact same reason people fail in offline businesses. Poor planning, poor budgeting and unrealistic expectations. It takes time, money and strategy to build a business, if you don’t have a strict plan, capital to put it into action and invest enough time into your business, it will fail whether it is offline or online.

6. What’s the hardest business lesson you have learned?

Never let anybody else handle your money or you will get burned. Be very careful who you extend credit to, collect as much as you can as often as you can and the bigger the amount owed the bigger the incentive for someone to try to screw you or hold it over your head.

7. How do you maximize your hours in the day?

The best way to maximize your time is through delegating tasks out to reliable people under you. You can’t do everything yourself, if you’re doing laundry you can’t be running campaigns. If you’re grocery shopping you’re not serving affiliates. Pay people to do the things that distract you from your focus and stay on your game as much as possible.

8. If the internet wasn’t around today, what would you be doing?

I would be producing movies in Hollywood or managing political campaigns; they have surprisingly more in common than you think.

9. What’s the most important part of a relationship with people?

Two words; mutual benefit. No relationship where only one person benefits will ever last.

10. What motivates you the most to keep going after your success?
Great question. At this point I could quit working completely and live my exact lifestyle for 8-10 years. I still show up every day and honestly work harder than I did when I had nothing but credit card debt to my name. I work 7 days a week. I probably will work this hard until I find something else I enjoy more; I guess that is what sets apart the people who don’t make it, from the people who make it but fall off, to the people who make it and stay made.

In the past couple weeks, I’ve been laser focused on where I want to be, who I want to be, and what I want to accomplish. These are thoughts and traits that I was lacking the past couple years. In order to really know what you’re going after, you need to have a clear concise plan of action. Think about where you wanna be in a week. Where you wanna be in a month. Next Year.

You need to plan these activities in your head, and then write them down on a piece of paper, or even better, a whiteboard in your office or wherever you work. Constantly remind yourself what your working hard for. These are essential steps to getting what you really want. If you’re thoughts are scattered all around like mine were, you’re not going to get the things you want or done. This is the difference between true entrepreneurs and just opportunists.

Have a plan of action for this week, this month, and this coming year and watch your profits explode. I’m gearing up for a 7 figure year, are you with me?

I’m sure you’ve probably heard this from every entrepreneur you’ve ever spoken too that actually runs a real business. I’ve heard time and time again, from mentors, books, etc..

It never really lodged in my head until I realized I was continually not getting projects done in time, focus was scattered, and not hit my income goals. I’ve recently cut down to only 3 niches that take up all of my time. Profits are up and I’m more focused then ever. 3 niches is still too much for one person to be working on. By being less spread out, I’m able to get projects out faster and work on increasing my dominance in a niche.I’m bringing on a full time assistant in 2013 to help with the workload and to keep my head on straight.

For 2013 you should be looking to focus on one niche, and crushing it. Become a recognized name in your niche and you can start charging $2,000-$5,000 an hour for 1 hour of consulting depending on what niche your in. If you focus on dominating one niche in 2013 and outline your core goals for the year, I guarantee you will be more successful in whatever you attempt.
